セブパシフィック航空はフィリピン航空に次いで2番目に大きな航空会社で、フィリピンのセブ島、マニラを拠点とする格安航空会社です。華僑の富豪であるJGサミットホールディングスのグループ企業の一つです。現在、フィリピン国内線のほか、インドネシアやマレーシア、シンガポールなど東南アジア諸国はもちろん、日本や韓国、韓国など東アジアにも積極的に路線展開中。日本には2008年11月20日に関西国際空港に初就航しました。一時、安全運行に疑問があるとしてEU域内を飛行禁止になりましたが、2010年10月、安全性が認められて解除されました。
